Kylian Mbappe will travel to Qatar with the squad but will be assessed again on his fitness.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Kylian Mbappe is ready to travel to Qatar for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup final against either Pachuca or Al Ahly on Wednesday, December 19, Diario AS reported on Friday.
Mbappe suffer a hamstring injury and has withdrawn in the 36th minute of Tuesday’s 3-2 Champions League win at Atalanta, meaning the French forward will miss Saturday’s trip to Rayo Vallecano in the Liga, with Ancelotti confirming the 25-year-old will travel with the squad to Qatar.
Mbappe would theoretically need around 10 days to recover but the Frenchman’s injury is so severe he is ready to travel with the squad to Qatar – although it will depend on Ancelotti’s decision whether to risk fielding the player on Wednesday, as the 25-year-old has only eight days to rest.
